The Session Process
Even though each Quantum Healing Session is unique, three parts that organically flow from one to the other are integral to each session.
Pre - Talk
The Pre - Talk offers a safe container to actively prepare the energetic soil for your Soul Journey. You are welcome to let it flow ❤︎ and share the things that you are hoping to gain more understanding and clarity around. This way you ensure that what is important to you can be addressed during your Soul Journey. This can, for example, include current life themes, connections with the people in your life and deep inner rumblings. I have learned that whatever is shared and coming up always does so for a reason.This is also the time where I can answer any questions you may have. We will also go through the list of questions that you have for your Higher - Self and we will review and calibrate them together to align with your intentions. I am here to support and assure you through the entire process. Now is also also a good time to have a snack for sustencance, as well as some water (being hydrated will help conduct the energy) and go to the bathroom. There is no time pressure - when you are ready we can move into your Soul Journey.This part can take about 2 hours but there is no time limit. It can take less or more time all depending on how complex your life is and the questions and themes you are bringing with you.
Soul Journey
Quantum Hypnosis creates a space for contact and interaction between your outer-self and your inner-self, your guide team and aspects of the superconscious. I will gently guide you into this space.
How the Superconscious brings forth information is different for each person but always appropriate and chosen for a reason. What can present are past, future or parallel lives; plant, animal, energetic experiences; current life memories; times in-between lives, lives on other planets and dimensions and communications with the Higher-Self.
That's when we can hear directly why it chose the different existences, memories or lives for you to *see*. You can think of this similar to a real life dialog with a person. Here, I will ask your higher self on your behalf the questions you have prepared and invite any information from this wise all knowing part of you that it wishes to convey to you. During this part of the soul journey I will also ask your Higher-Self to scan through your body and check if there are any imbalances or blocked energy in your system that need attention or healing.
Even though each Soul Journey is unique, the flow of the session is similar. At the heart, a soul journey is an organic co-creation in the moment with the higher realms.
Debrief
I will now bring you back to the waking state and make sure you are fully grounding back into your body and your surroundings and we can discuss together what you experienced.
What you have been shown and experiencing may have deeply impacted you. Integrating your session often happens over time - over a few days, a few months, a year. Insights and energetic shifts often continue to take place.
You will get a recording of your Soul Journey after the session. It can be wonderful to listen to it whenever you are guided. Every time you listen to it, more insight and information may be coming through.
Some people find follow-up or support session helpful to process and integrate the experience and the information that was shared by their higher-self in the space of a listening other. I offer Empathic listening and Intuitive, Hakomi-informed integration sessions to assist with the integration process.
