"My experience with Christine was truly remarkable. Christine is a gentle soul, I felt comfortable and safe in the container she was providing for my experience. Once I settled on a comfortable bed with plenty of blankets and pillows, Christine began to lead me into a hypnotic state. With smooth questions flowing to me I was able to visualize myself as Christine continued with the process going deeper and relaxing, when my higher self came through. I was fully aware and I could see the vulnerability in my being...there are things that the higher self observes but cannot do anything to change but through this session I was able to hear what my higher self wanted to share with me through silent observations. It was powerful for me to experience. When Christine asked questions the answers were already there. The image in my mind was clear. I remember hearing myself say some things that are just a knowing...no thought, no contemplation just knowing. Our higher self knows what we need and for the first time in my life I felt connected and seen by my higher self. What I experienced could be detailed into a book.
