My own journey began when I started to become aware of how confused and disconnected I was from my own body. In a two step-forward one step back kind of fashion, things have been changing. The living question that's always there is: What is needed to bring back the flow?

Almost everything I have learned comes from my personal experience - the revelations, skills and insights I have discovered through my own process, my experience working with others and trusting what I see and hear intuitively. I consider it my primary form of training and it's what I feel most enabled by in my ability to respond to the spoken and unspoken needs of those working with me. 

 

I also cherish the kind-hearted teachers and the experience and wisdom that they have imparted on me in ways that has awakened growth edges, uncovered gifts and helped me in supporting others.

 

I offer qualities resembling a marriage of neptune and saturn - of empathy, intuition, sensitivity and playfulness with down-to-earth realness, adaptability and precision.

My calling and journey is embodying the laws of nature and deepen my connection with the living matrix (fascia) inside to invite all realms of experience to integrate and whole-heartedly call this human body home. To offer and receive gentle impulses in a safe container to create space for energy to flow and for the body, mind and soul to dance.​
