Mindful Massage. I intuitively integrate Swedish Massage with Myofascial Release, Bowen Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Structural Integration into both, a restorative and therapeutic massage. We can help your body release tension and your nervous system calm.

In our time together, we will tend to your needs. Some of us know our body and needs really well. 

For example, you may prefer very gentle touch, longs hold and a very slow pace. Maybe it is very clear to you that you only want to focus on one particular area of your body. Or perhaps you need a more invigorating massage to bring your nervous system 'back up'. I will support you in what you feel you need.

Alternatively, you can hand things over to me and I will intuitively tailor to YOU while I attune toand let myself be guided by your system.

​​Elderly Massage, Disabled, Special Needs​: Love and healing touch is a basic human need to all of us. When mobility is limited or you are bed-bound, transitioning onto a massage table may not be feasable or cause discomfort. In this case, the massage can happen right on the bed, in an armchair or in a wheelchair. Together we will find the most ergonomic place and position for you to receive your massage, so that you can feel at ease and enjoy it fully.  We will adjust to what you need on that very day.    ​
