Distant Craniosacral Integration
If you are seeking a most gentle and honoring way to experience the feeling of coming home to yourself and bring deep calm to the nervous system, I can recommend Craniosacral Healing. It is an energetic, nourishing as well as anatomically precise way of working with the body that involves very gentle touch on different parts of the body. We connect with the fluid matrix inside - the waves and rhythms of the cranisoacral fluid pulsing through the body's fascial system. This enables the body to find deep rest and activate inherent healing forces so it can re-organize to a greater state of health.
Focus on energy or address issues like lymph drainage, internal organ issues, Bowen is a gentle and simple, yet powerful hands-on technology to reset the autonomic nervous system. In sessions, we are working with the soft connective tissue and its millions of receptors offering rolling movements over muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerve endings. These impulses are sent to the central nervous system as 'new' information or 'false positive circuit breakers' changing the way the brain instructs the muscles in their tension and relieve the body's reactive holding patterns that underlie pain, stress, anxiety and dis-ease.
Tool - Assisted Fascia Release
This work - at the intersection of physicality, emotions and energy - involves listening and sensing deep into the body to identify areas of pain and restriction held in the fascia, the living matrix inside of us wrapping every bone, muscle, organ, vessel and cell. We use sustained pressure, gentle traction, slow strokes as well as active release techniques to soften hardened tissue and create space for water, blood, lymph and life-force to flow again. Fascial tools offer an additional and often very effective way to break up adhesions, alleviate pain and restore movement.
