Distant Craniosacral Integration
A most gentle way to experience the feeling of coming home to yourself and bring deep calm to the nervous system. Craniosacral Therapy is an energetic, nourishing as well as anatomically precise way of working with the body that involves very gentle touch on different parts of the body. We connect with the fluid matrix inside - the waves and rhythms of the cranisoacral fluid pulsing through the body's fascial system. This enables the body to find deep rest and activate inherent healing forces so it can re-organize to a greater state of health. Session can also take place remotely.
Focus on energy or address issues like lymph drainage, internal organ issues, Bowen is a gentle and simple, yet powerful hands-on technology to reset the autonomic nervous system. In sessions, we are working with the soft connective tissue and its millions of receptors offering rolling movements over muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerve endings. These impulses are sent to the central nervous system as 'new' information or 'false positive circuit breakers' changing the way the brain instructs the muscles in their tension and relieve the body's reactive holding patterns that underlie pain, stress, anxiety and dis-ease.
Tool - Assisted Fascia Release
At the intersection of physicality, emotions and energy, Fascial Integration weaves together an instinctual way of working with fascia and elements from Structural Integration, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Techniques and Fascia Research. This work involves 'listening' and sensing deep into the body to identify areas of pain and restrictions held in the fascia then working withthe tissue to create change, relief pain and restore function. Fascial tools offer an additional and very effective way to break up adhesions, increase range of motion and activate a healing process.
Quantum Healing Hypnosis - QHHT | Beyond Quantum Healing
Without the bigger picture, many of us struggle to make sense of our experiences and we long for a deeper understanding of our personal challenges, who we are and what gifts we brought to this earth.
